We start with the problem, not the product. If we cannot explain when and why someone would reach for an item, we do not move forward with it.

This page describes the review process we intend to apply to every MiloMart product. It is how we want to work, written plainly, without guarantees we cannot yet back up.

2. Product quality review
We request samples and use them. We look at materials, finish, moving parts, and how the item holds up in normal use, and we share what we find with the manufacturer.
3. Clear product information
Product pages should state dimensions, materials, contents, and care in plain language, including what an item does not do. We would rather set accurate expectations than sell on ambiguity.
4. Packaging considerations
Packaging should protect the product in transit, be simple to open, and avoid unnecessary bulk. We work through packaging details with partners before launch.
5. Customer feedback after launch
Review does not end at launch. We plan to read customer questions and feedback, pass issues back to our partners, and change or discontinue a product if it is not living up to its description.
What we will not claim
While MiloMart is in pre-launch, we do not publish test results, certifications, compliance approvals, sustainability claims, sales figures, or customer reviews. When such information exists and can be verified, we will publish it with its source. Until then, this site stays free of it.
